If this is the first time you’ve seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check for viruses on your computer. Remove any newly installed hard drives or hard drive controllers. Check your hard drive to make sure it is properly configured and terminated. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.

*** STOP: 0X0000007B (0XF78D2524, 0X0000034, 0X00000000, 0X00000000)

Solution for the error above:

I restarted the laptop and after seeing the initial display on the laptop screen I continually pressed the F2 key in order to go to the BIOS Setup. F2 is the key in this laptop model to enter BIOS Setup, you need to press this key continuously or hold down this key until the BIOS Setup mode will come out. After entering the BIOS Setup, I navigated down to SATA Mode. SATA Mode in this case was set to [ AHCI ], I changed this settings to SATA Mode – [ IDE ]. After changing the SATA Mode from AHCI to IDE the “Blue Screen of Death” error eliminated and the repair process can now continue to the Welcome to Setup page and completed the whole operation until the Windows Operating System was totally restored.
